- Abstract (EN)
- Production planning and control makes an important contribution to costeffective production. Finding an optimal production plan remains a challenge. In addition, current solutions rarely take into account the requirements of human resources. Qualification-based and flexible planning is relevant, especially for the diverse SMEs. This article therefore adapts and prototypically implements an existing framework for PPC in the context of a digital twin. The additionally implemented modules integrate relevant worker information. In addition, the PPC module is adapted to a simulation-based control corresponding to scheduling rules. The first implementation based on data from an SME shows that this approach is well suited to sufficiently take into account the special requirements.
