- Abstract (EN)
- Carbon-reinforced concrete has been investigated for several years. With the help of the research project RUBIN-ISC (regionale unternehmerische Bündnisse für Innovation – Industriestandard Carbonbeton) the implementation of theory into practice succeeded by constructing a so-called master element superstructure. A corner of a two-storey building with a sandwich panel on the bottom, a sandwich panel with suspended façade on the top and a slab out of lattice textile girders was constructed using grids and reinforcement bars, that are non-metallic. The manufacturing process is described in detail for the three before mentioned elements. In addition, accompanying tests are presented. Therefore, pull-out tests on transport anchors and reinforcement bars have been conducted. The size of the transport anchors has a positive influence on the load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, a great embedment depth of the transport anchors leads to higher ultimate forces, when testing. This could be confirmed by the pull-out tests in reinforcement bars. In addition, the size of the diameter only has a small influence on the test results than the embedment length.
